Anybody who knows me well, knows that I love a cheeky eggs bene. This one in particular was a batch that blew me away.
Happy Good Friday everybody! Hope it’s treating you all well, here’s the fifth instalment of Food Photo Friday.
It was on Father’s Day a couple of years ago and we decided to go to a French cafe for brunch.
I chose a delicious salmon and spinach eggs Benedict on toast along with, of course, my usual caramel latte, surprise surprise.
If you’re looking for a great French cafe in Auckland, Eiffel en Eden is seriously top-notch. They have great variety of French dishes on the menu and delicious french pastries and a really lovely atmosphere, I’d definitely check them out. Also, just look at that eggs bene! Just looking at it makes my mouth water! YUM.
